Common questions about pricing.

Is there a setup or installation fee?
Yes — there is a one-time setup fee for the initial system design, configuration and deployment. This varies based on complexity and is included in your quote. The setup fee covers discovery, full PBX build, testing and cutover coordination.
What does "From $39/month" actually mean?
$39/month is the base platform fee for the Essentials (partially managed) tier. Your actual monthly cost also includes per-extension charges, SIP trunk costs, and DID number fees. For most small businesses, the all-in monthly cost for a fully managed system is in the range of $150–$500/month, depending on complexity. Your quote will give you a clear fixed monthly figure.
Are there extra charges for routine changes?
On the Managed tier, routine changes — adding or removing extensions, updating IVR messages, changing routing rules — are included at no extra charge. On the Essentials tier, you make those changes yourself via the admin portal.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. CallPath is a month-to-month service. There are no minimum contract terms. If you choose to leave, we'll help you transition your numbers and configuration appropriately.
Do SIP trunks or DID numbers cost extra?
Yes — SIP trunks (which carry your calls) and DID numbers (direct dial numbers) are priced separately, and the costs depend on the number of concurrent calls you need and how many direct numbers you require. Your quote will itemise all components clearly.
