CallPath is a service of Cloud365 Australia Pty Limited (ABN 94 152 037 155). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy applies to information collected through the CallPath website at www.callpath.com.au.

CallPath is operated by Cloud365 Australia Pty Limited, an Australian-owned and operated company registered in Victoria.

References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy refer to Cloud365 Australia Pty Limited trading as CallPath. References to "you" or "your" refer to any individual who visits this website or submits information through it.

We do not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes, and we do not deploy third-party analytics tools on this website. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

We collect personal information directly from you when you:

  • Submit a quote request using the form on our Pricing page
  • Send us a message using the contact form on our Support page
  • Contact us by phone, or via the contact form on our Support page

We do not collect personal information from third parties or through automated means such as web scraping.

4. Why we collect your information

We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your quote request and prepare a proposed solution for your business
  • To contact you in response to a support or general enquiry
  • To provide ongoing service and support if you become a CallPath customer

We do not charge a fee for access requests unless the request is complex or resource-intensive, in which case we will notify you of any applicable fee in advance.

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or otherwise mishandled your personal information, you may lodge a complaint with us in the first instance by contacting us using the details in Section 10. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
